Basic Programme

For drivers who wish to improve their driving knowledge or who have been required by the Maryland MVA to complete a Driver Improvement Program.

Test Day Service
MVA Skills Test Vehicle Service

Per appointment
  • ✓Use of a school vehicle for the Maryland MVA Skills Test
  • ✓Transportation to the Annapolis or Largo MVA
  • ✓Vehicle safety inspection prior to testing
  • ✓Pre-test vehicle orientation

Scheduling requirement: Appointments must be scheduled at least 7 calendar days in advance. Students must possess a valid Maryland Learner's Permit and satisfy all MVA eligibility requirements before scheduling.

Behind-the-Wheel Add-On Packages

Additional private driving sessions available after completing the 6-hour BTW included in Basic Driver Education.

No Call / No Show Fee — $80

Students who fail to appear for a scheduled Behind-the-Wheel lesson or Skills Test appointment without prior notice will be assessed an $80 No Call / No Show Fee. After payment of the fee, the student may schedule another appointment two (2) weeks later. No exceptions will be made.

Payment Terms

  • •Tuition may be paid in full before the start of the course unless an approved payment plan has been arranged.
  • •Payments are accepted by cash, certified check, money order, debit card, or major credit card.
  • •Returned checks are subject to applicable bank and administrative fees.
  • •Certificates of completion will not be issued until all tuition and outstanding fees have been paid in full.
